Delivery Information

Once the goods have been received by the warehouse, we will contact you to advise and also to arrange payment of any outstanding balance on the order. Once this has been collected, our couriers will contact you to make mutually convenient arrangements for the delivery of your goods.

Please note the following conditions:

  1. We are able to deliver to anywhere on Mainland UK. We can also offer deliveries to offshore UK addresses, although a surcharge will be made.
  2. Deliveries are free for all orders over £750.
  3. For orders £749.99 and under, charges depend on the item/s ordered. Please contact us for a quote. (See chart A below for a rough guide).
  4. Delivery will be made by two men and goods taken to the room of your choice.
  5. Some ranges and wardrobes arrive flat packed for home assembly. This is particularly useful if there is small or restricted access to your home e.g. small landings with sharp turns on staircases. Unfortunately, our assembly service is not available to all areas at this present time, so please check with us before placing your order if this is an issue. Any assembly carried out is an optional extra and will be charged for (see Chart B for details) so again, please contact us if you would like to take advantage of this service.
  6. If for any reason the arranged delivery is missed or you are not available at the agreed time, then you will be charged not only for the missed appointment but also for redelivery costs.
